Tech Support Engineer
Technical support Engineer opportunity providing network technology
consulting and implementation. Installing and configuring routers, switches,
firewalls and Data storage equipment. Technologies that this Engineer will be
working with includes WAN, LAN, VoIP, Cisco based
AVVID IP Telephony, IPsec based VPN, PIX firewall,
ISDN, wireless, DS and OC level circuits.

Qualifications:
|
|
|
Must have 3+ years
hands on, real world Cisco router configuration experience.
|
|
|
Must have worked extensively on
Cisco/Checkpoint firewalls, Ipsec based VPNs. Should have thorough understanding of TCP/IP
addressing.
|
|
|
Hands on experience in configuring and
troubleshooting routing protocols like EIGRP,OSPF
and BGP is a must.
|
|
|
Must have hands on experience in configuring
and troubleshooting Voice over IP on Cisco based IOS software.
|
|
|
Must be certified in either CCDA or CCNA. CCNPs are most preferred. Individual Certifications
from checkpoint or RSA security will be considered.

Sr.Systems Engineer
this position requires direct involvement in troubleshooting a multi-tiered, load-balanced
architecture, ensuring 24x7 uptime of a production environment, working with
LAN/WAN engineers on network-related projects/issues, and working with
development team to troubleshoot issues. Primary operational responsibilities
focus on server-based operations, including
backups/restores, server builds/configurations, assist in defining and
implementing security policies and procedures, and daily operational tasks.
Additionally, this position will provide 2nd and 3rd tier support to the
helpdesk.

Qualifications:
|
|
|
3+ years experience in technical support or
MIS in an Enterprise
environment (5000+ users)
|
|
|
Demonstrated technical expertise with MS
Windows 2000/NT, MSFT BackOffice technologies, and Windows NT applications
|
|
|
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP, DNS,
Active Directory and Win 2000/NT domains
|
|
|
BS in Computer Science or related technology
(preferred)
|
|
|
MCSE 2000, MCT, and CCNA strongly preferred
|
