Minimum Viable Product Development

MVP Development Company

We help you find out whether your idea works before you spend your whole budget on it. Our MVP development services take you from a list of ideas to a focused first release on mobile or web - in front of real users, and built so it can grow into the full product.

What We Do

MVP development services

Everything it takes to get a minimum viable product designed, built and launched - and to keep improving it once users arrive.

Discovery & scoping

Workshops that turn your idea into a short, prioritised feature list, a fixed scope and a launch date.

Clickable prototypes

Designs you can tap through and test with users before development. See our UI/UX design services.

Mobile MVP apps

Android and iOS from one codebase with React Native, or native when the product needs it.

Web & SaaS MVPs

Browser-based products with sign-up, billing and an admin panel - the usual starting point for SaaS products.

AI-powered MVPs

Products built around an AI feature, using proven models first so you can test demand before training anything custom. See AI integration.

Post-MVP iteration

Analytics, user feedback and the next round of features, decided by what people actually do in the product.

About Us

An MVP development company that builds for what comes next

Most products fail because nobody wanted them, not because the code was bad. An MVP is how you find out early and cheaply. Our job is to help you decide what really has to be in the first release, build that well, and get it in front of users fast.

"Minimum" doesn't mean disposable. We keep the feature list short but build on a production-grade architecture, so the MVP becomes version one of your product rather than a prototype you have to throw away once it works.

Tvisha Technologies has been building software for over two decades, with teams in Hyderabad and New Jersey. If you're a founder looking for a longer-term partner, see our app development for startups.

Choose The Right Build

Proof of concept, prototype or MVP?

Three different builds answer three different questions. Knowing which one you need saves money - and we're happy to tell you when you're not ready for an MVP yet.

Build type Question it answers What gets built Who sees it
Proof of concept Can this be built at all? A small technical experiment around the riskiest part, such as an AI model or a hardware integration. Your team
Prototype Will users understand and want it? Clickable screens with no real backend, used for user testing and investor pitches. Test users and investors
MVP Will people use it - and pay for it? Working software with real data, a backend and an admin panel, holding only the core features. Real customers, in the app stores or on the web
Scoping

What goes into your MVP - and what waits

The hardest part of MVP software development is deciding what to leave out. We sort every idea into two lists before a line of code is written.

In the first release

What users need to get the core value, and what you need to run and measure it.

  • The one workflow that proves your idea
  • Sign-up, login and basic profiles
  • Payments, if charging is part of the test
  • A simple admin panel to manage users and content
  • Analytics to see what users actually do

Parked for later

Useful, but not needed to find out whether the idea works.

  • Second and third user roles
  • Advanced settings and personalisation
  • Extra platforms beyond the first launch
  • Nice-to-have integrations
  • Automation of work you can do by hand at first
How It Works

Our MVP development process

Six steps from first conversation to a product in users' hands - with a working build to review along the way.

  1. 01

    Discover

We pin down the problem, the users, and the single assumption the MVP has to test.

You get Problem statement & success metric
  2. 02

    Prioritise & scope

Every feature idea goes in the "now" or "later" list, and we agree a fixed scope and launch date.

You get Fixed scope, price & launch date
  3. 03

    Design & prototype

User flows, wireframes and a clickable prototype you can put in front of users first.

    You get Clickable prototype
  4. 04

    Build in sprints

Short development cycles, each ending with a working build for you to try.

You get A working build every sprint
  5. 05

    Test & launch

QA across devices and browsers, then release to the App Store, Google Play or the web.

You get Live product in users' hands
  6. 06

    Measure & learn

We review usage data with you and plan the next release around what users actually did.

You get Usage report & next-release plan
Why Tvisha

Why choose us as your MVP development partner

We've built products across many industries, so your MVP starts from experience, not from scratch.

Honest scoping

We'll push back on features that don't help test your idea, even when it means a smaller project.

Fixed scope, known date

Scope, price and launch date agreed upfront, with a working build to review every sprint.

No throwaway code

A production-grade foundation, so the MVP grows into the product instead of being rebuilt.

Questions

MVP development FAQs

What is MVP development?

MVP development is building the minimum viable product: the smallest working version of your product that real users can use, and that tells you whether the idea is worth investing in further. It is a real, releasable product, not a demo - but it holds only the features needed to test your core assumption.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

It depends on the number of user roles, screens, platforms and integrations. A focused MVP is usually measured in weeks to a few months, not a year. We agree a fixed scope and timeline with you after discovery, so you know the launch date before development starts.

How much does MVP development cost?

Cost follows scope: which platforms you need, how many user roles and screens there are, and integrations such as payments, maps or AI. We scope the MVP with you first and quote against that scope, so the price is agreed before any code is written.

What is the difference between a prototype and an MVP?

A prototype is a clickable design that shows how the product will look and flow, and is used to test ideas with users or pitch investors. An MVP is working software released to real users, with a real backend and data. Many founders start with a prototype and move to an MVP once the flow is validated.

Will I have to rebuild the product after the MVP?

Not if it is built properly. We keep the feature set small but use a production-grade architecture, so the MVP becomes version one of your product rather than a throwaway. New features are added on top of it as your user base grows.

Who owns the code, and will you sign an NDA?

You own the source code, designs and app-store listings. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share the details of your idea.
