Hire developers who join your stand-up
React, Next.js, Android, iOS, Node and Python engineers from our Hyderabad and New Jersey teams, working in your repo and your sprints. You interview them. You direct them. We handle the hiring, the cover and the paperwork.
Hire dedicated developers and programmers
Recruiting, training and retaining good developers is a full-time job that most companies would rather not be in. We already do it. You get engineers from our Hyderabad and New Jersey teams working directly with yours, on your tools and your process, for as long as you need them.
No job adverts, no notice periods to wait out, no bench cost when a project ends. If someone takes leave or moves on, cover comes from the same team rather than starting a hiring round.
We have been building software since 2003, across mobile, web, cloud and data.
Roles, stack, and roughly how long. We'll come back with who we have and what it costs.
Three ways to work with us
Pick the one that matches how much of the work you want to direct yourself.
Hire a developer or two
Individual engineers who slot into your existing team. Your backlog, your sprints, your code review. Useful when you know exactly what you need and are simply short of hands.
Hire a whole squad
Developers, QA and a lead, working only on your product. You set direction; the lead handles day-to-day coordination so you are not managing five people across a time zone.
Hand us the outcome
You describe what needs to exist, we take responsibility for delivering it, against an agreed scope and timeline. The right choice when you have no internal engineering capacity to direct anyone.
Who you can hire
Hire Android developers, hire iOS developers, hire React developers, or hire programmers across the whole stack. These are the roles we staff most often and what each one typically covers.
How hiring actually goes
You tell us the roles, the stack and roughly how long. We come back with CVs of people who are actually available, not a capability deck. You interview them yourself and turn down anyone who is not right.
Once you have picked, people start inside a couple of weeks rather than the two to three months a direct hire takes. They work your hours where overlap matters, in your repository and your ticket system, and they report to you.
If it is not working, you tell us and we replace the person. That is the part a direct hire cannot offer you.
From first call to first commit
- Tell us the shape of the work. Roles, stack, seniority, and how long you expect to need them.
- We shortlist from the bench and the team. Only people genuinely free in your window.
- You interview. Technical screen, culture fit, whatever your process normally is. Say no as often as you need to.
- Contract and onboarding. NDAs, IP assignment, access to your systems, security requirements handled up front.
- They join your team. Your stand-ups, your board, your definition of done.
- Scale up, down or swap. Add people as scope grows, release them when it shrinks, replace anyone who is not the right fit.
Why hire through Tvisha?
Two decades of running engineering teams for other people. Most of what you are buying is the part you never see: the recruiting, the cover, and knowing which candidate will still be good in month nine.
- You interview and approve every person before they start.
- Weeks to onboard rather than months to recruit.
- No recruitment fees, no bench cost, no redundancy exposure.
- Cover for leave and turnover comes from the same team.
- IP assignment and NDAs settled before anyone touches your code.
- Onshore and offshore, with a US entity to contract through.
What you get out of it
Questions we get asked
The ones that come up on nearly every first call.
How quickly can a developer start?
Usually within two weeks of you approving someone, depending on the role and how niche the stack is. Common roles like React, Android or Node are faster; a specialist combination takes longer because we shortlist only people genuinely free in your window rather than promising someone who is still on another project.
Do I get to interview the developers?
Yes, and we would rather you did. You run whatever screening process you normally use and turn down anyone who is not right. Nobody joins your team without your approval.
What does it cost to hire a developer?
It depends on the role, the seniority and whether you want onshore or offshore. We quote a monthly rate per person with no recruitment fee and no minimum headcount. Tell us the roles and we will come back with a figure rather than a range that means nothing.
Who manages the developers day to day?
You do, in the staff augmentation and dedicated team models. They work in your sprints and report to you. On a dedicated squad we can supply a lead who handles coordination, which most clients want once the team is more than three people. If you would rather not manage anyone, managed delivery is the model to pick.
What about time zones?
Our India team overlaps comfortably with UK and European hours, and works a shifted day where US overlap matters. Our New Jersey office covers US hours directly. We agree the overlap you need before anyone starts rather than discovering it in week three.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. IP assignment and NDAs are signed before anyone gets access to your systems, and the work is yours from the first commit. We can also work inside your own security requirements, on your hardware and VPN if that is what your policy demands.
What if a developer is not working out?
Tell us and we replace them. That is the practical difference between hiring through us and hiring directly, where the same situation becomes a performance process and another recruitment round.
Can I hire just one developer?
Yes. There is no minimum team size. Plenty of our engagements start as a single engineer covering a gap and grow from there, and plenty stay at one person for years.
Technologies we staff
We are technology-agnostic in practice, not just as a slogan. These are the stacks we have people in today.
