Troop Messenger is a software that allows easy workplace communication and collaboration using various apps that were created by the company called Tvisha Systems. It is possible to communicate both individually and in groups and collaborate at work through the app. Troop Messenger has a user-friendly interface that unites workplace communication and collaboration in one app.

The software can be used in different ways including desktop applications, mobile and web applications, as well as SaaS, On-premise, Chat APIs and custom software. The software offers such functions as team communication, file sharing, screen sharing, meetings, role-based access and multi-factor authentication.

Instant Chatting

In an organization, an employee can chat with any other employee who is connected with the organization. In this instant chat, the history of chat with the date and time of the messages sent or received can be seen. If a user is offline, the last seen of the user can be seen. The status of messages, like sent, delivered or read can be seen. The status of chat like online, offline, client visit, away, etc can be updated. The Global search allows a user to search for a message, or an attachment in a month, or a year.

Instant Chatting

The group chat feature allows a user to chat with multiple team members of the organization within a group. There can be an unlimited number of groups with an unlimited number of users in it. One message sent by a single user can be seen by all the members who are part of the group. All the chat supportive features like sharing of files, images, videos, location, etc can be accessed in a group chat. The admin, who has created a group will have access to add or remove a user. Apart from adding or removing, the admin can make another user as an admin.

Screen Sharing

Screen sharing allows the user to share his/her real-time desktop screen. Any user of the application can share their screen to another user. Initially, the user has to request for sharing the screen to the other user. If the request has been approved from the recipient user, then the screen sharing starts. To end the sharing of the screen, the user just has to click on the stop button, after which the other user cannot access the screen.

Audio/Video Calling

The Audio/Video calling feature of allows the user to initiate audio/video calling. The calls history allows a user to know at what time the call was made. The total call time will be calculated by the system. As this is a business chat application, the calls cannot be recorded to ensure end-to-end encryption. Once a user sends a request to pick a call to the other user, and if the request is accepted, then the call time count starts.

Burnout

Burnout ensures the user to have a private chat conversation with the recipient team member. In a process to hide a message from chat history, a user can start a chat in burnout window. Without any limit for time, the two users can chat among. Once the timer expires, the burnout window automatically gets closed.
